Shipping
What are our shipping estimates?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to processed and shipped out. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Orders shipped within the US take approximately 3 - 5 days after the order has been processed. Please refer to your confirmation email for updates regarding shipment delivery.
International deliveries
Deliveries can range anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks, based on location.
How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked through your shipment confirmation email that contains a link to tracking information.
Returns
Purchases are eligible for refunds if the following conditions have been met:
- All returns must be mailed within 30 days after initial delivery.
- Returns must be in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for their own shipping and postage tracking.
Fan Service has the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
