I made a review about this fan’s lights breaking after 3 uses. The company reached out to me and offered a replacement fan. They also said they were working to improve the glue. It’s extremely nice to see a company actually take criticisms and work to improve their product. So I give 5 stars for their customer service. And I hope future fans will be sturdy enough for basic use.
