The switch that turns on the LED lights came off. It was glued on the side and it came off on the first time I used it. The cables later broke and the switch fell off. It didn’t survived the first rave. Lol (I would say that if you order the fan with LED lights, you should be careful and not use it so roughly, as the wires and lights are attached with glue. If you want to go crazy, get the one with no LEDs. The fan itself is a very good material.)
Edit: After position the review, the company contacted me and offered a replacement. That was very good customer service, and I really wanted to put it out there. A lot of places will sell you something and won’t care if their products performs well after the sell. They showed that they are willing to make things right for the customer and really care about the customer’s satisfaction.

Like your suggestion, all of the wiring and assembly of the fan is all done by hand, which does mean the fan requires a bit more TLC than any other fan. However, this still is not the experience we'd hope you'd have with the fan, we would be happy to send you a replacement or a refund in this situation.
